In this podcast, Boyes interviews ARC's John Wason and Dick Hill on the state of the Benchmarking Consortium after the first two quarters of data has been received.

John Wason, Vice President, is a member of ARC's management team responsible for developing the strategic direction for ARC products and services. Wason's focus is custom consulting, as well as merger and acquisition services. He has over 25 years of experience in the manufacturing automation industry in many different management capacities.

Dick Hill, Vice President & General Manager, Manufacturing Advisory Services, is part of the management team at ARC responsible for developing the strategic direction for ARC products, services, and geographical expansion. Hill is responsible for covering advanced software business on a worldwide basis. In addition, he provides leadership for support of ARC's manufacturing advisory services team and clients.
