|IMPULSIVE LEVEL MEASUREMENT
The Impulse Series guided wave radar level transmitter accurately measures total level, distance or volumetric outputs using time domain reflectometry (TDR). It provides continuous level measurement of liquids to ranges up to 50 ft (15 m), with a two-wire, 4-20mA, HART output signal. Useable in Class I, Div. 1 environments, it works in temperatures from -40 °F to 392 °F (-40 °C to 200 °C).
|MAGNETIC LEVEL GAUGE
Type 810 magnetic level gauges measure liquids, including corrosives or toxics. They feature sealed measurement chambers of stainless steel, PVC, PPH, PVDF or PTFE. They measure liquid level over ranges from 1 ft to 20 ft and longer with multiple sections of instruments if needed. They handle fluid temperatures from -256 ºF to 750 ºF, and pressures as high as 3480 psi.
|HYDROSTATIC LEVEL PRESSURE TRANSMITTER
The Deltapilot FMB 70 hydrostatic level pressure transmitter for food, beverage, dairy and pharmaceutical applications has a watertight pressure measuring cell and 316L stainless steel housing with polycarbonate sight glass to withstand harsh washdown environments. It measures level in units of pressure, height, volume or mass to 0.1% accuracy and meets 3A sanitary standards.
|MAGNETIC LEVEL INDICATOR
The Vegamag 62 magnetic level indicator uses a magnetized float to cause a series of metal flags to rotate, indicating the position of the liquid level inside of the chamber. The corresponding bridle houses a Vegaflex guided wave radar, which provides redundant level by transmitting a 4-20mA signal for control. It is an ideal replacement for sight glasses, displacers and DP transmitters.
|LIMIT SWITCH FOR LEVEL SENSING
LVL-B Series vibration limit switches for level sensing of bulk solids are insensitive to material build-up, external vibration and flow noise. They are FM- and CSA-certified as dust-ignition-proof (DIP) for Class II and Class III, Divisions 1 and 2, Groups E-G. They have a 250-mm (10-in.) vibrating rod, and are available with 500-mm (20-in.), 1000-mm (40-in.) and 1500-mm (60-in.) extension pipes.

The Model WFLTV-DM-6011 DIN-mountable, liquid-level control replaces three two-level controls in a compact DIN mounting package. Using patented, intrinsically safe sensing circuitry, this product is UL-353-recognized for primary safety device applications. Up to six probe inputs can be connected to the 601 series for reliable, multi-level, multi-tank operation.

|RADAR ON THE LEVEL
The MT5000 Series of guided-wave radar transmitters is certified for use in Safety Integrity Level 2 and 3 (SIL 2/3) applications. It features an integrated graphic display and a user-friendly setup menu in a wide range of languages. A concentric waveguide directs the radar beam, alleviating divergence problems and echoes from tank walls and surrounding structures.

The King-Gage LevelBAR v2 displays high-visibility, continuous indication of tank liquid level. Package includes a graduated scale in units of total volume or weight based on actual tank capacity; high-intensity LED segments and backlighting for use in many ambient conditions; 4-20mA input with loop status and fault (short) indicators to simplify installation; and troubleshooting with two wire transmitters.
|RADAR-BASED SOLIDS MEASUREMENT
The Sitrans LR560 is the world’s first 78-GHz (W Band) microwave radar level transmitter for solids level measurement. It uses non-contacting, frequency-modulated, continuous wave radar technology. It is ideal for most solids applications, including those with extreme dust and temperatures to +200 ºC (+392 ºF). It is available with HART, Profibus PA or Foundation fieldbus protocol.
