|ANALYZER FLOW SWITCH/MONITOR
Model FS10A analyzer flow switch/monitor is designed for use with nearly all process and emissions sampling systems, including gas chromatographs, mass spectrometers, optical spectrometers and photo-meters. Standard configurations will accommodate 1/8-, ¼-, 3/8- and ½-inch sampling tubes and an SP76 adapter. It now has FM and FMc approvals.

|PORTABLE FLUE GAS ANALYZER
Lancom 4 compact portable flue gas analyzer can monitor up to nine different gases and 17 measurement parameters. It weighs less than 15 pounds, and is housed in a single robust enclosure for use in harsh boiler and stack environments. It supports multiple languages and measures CO (Low), CO (High), O2, CO2, NO2, SO2, H2S and total hydrocarbons.
|EXTREME GAS CHROMATOGRAPHY
The Rosemount Analytical 700XA gas chromatograph provides extended analysis for extreme conditions. With a redesigned enclosure, the 700XA offers efficient use of oven space to accommodate both micro-packed and capillary columns, as many as four 10-port valves, a rotary valve for liquid injections, up to two thermal conductivity detectors and other features.
|TOUCHSCREEN GAS CHROMATOGRAPH
PGC5000 series process gas chromatographs now come with a new touchscreen. The front panel is the standard configuration for the PGC5000A master controller. Upgrade kits are available for all PGC5000As installed in the field. The panel fully integrates into the current design, and provides redundant local user interfaces with the integrated mouse touch pad.
|OPTICAL ABSORPTION SENSOR
OUSAF11 sensor measures optical absorbance by a process fluid. OUSAF11 is ideal for product loss detection, interface detection and suspended solids and turbidity measurements. It’s available in an immersion or an insertion model with Tri-Clamp or Varivent connections that meet 3A sanitary standards. It can run continuously up to 194 ºF (90 ºC), and up to 266 ºF for up to two hours.
|REDUCE TIME DELAY
Swagelok Fast Loop Module (FLM) helps reduce time delay in online analyzer systems. Part of the Swagelok Pre-Engineered Subsystems series, FLM is predesigned and preassembled for off-the-shelf installation into fluid sampling and control systems. It is designed to handle long transport lines from tap to analyzer, while minimizing pressure drop for faster response time.
|COLORFUL GAS CHROMATOGRAPH
Maxum Edition II gas chromatographs now have a new modular oven and an operator panel with a 10-in. color touch display. It is backward- compatible. The graphical interface provides improved, intuitive menu navigation. Chromatograms are easy to edit using the touch screen. The touchscreen is certified for use in hazardous areas according to CSA Div. I and ATEX Zone 1.
|COMBUSTION EMISSIONS ANALYZER
E8500 combustion analyzer includes electrochemical sensors for O2, CO, NO, NO2, SO2 and H2S; NDIR sensors for CO2, CxHy and CO; low NOx- and true NOx-capable; real-time software; wireless remote printer; internal thermoelectric chiller with condensate removal; stack gas and ambient air temperature measurements; and draft and differential pressure measurements.
|ALL-IN-ONE INDUSTRIAL TRANSMITTER
HF8 humidity and temperature transmitters have measurement accuracy of 0.8% RH and 0.1 ˚C, and measure humidity ranges from 0 to 100% RH and overall temperature ranges of -100 ˚C to +200 ˚C. They have four analog outputs and four alarm relays programmable to any probe input and probe parameter. Optional digital outputs enable Ethernet and PoE connections.
|ACCURATE OXYGEN MEASUREMENT
TDLS220 measures percent level oxygen with no interference from background gases. Tunable diode laser spectroscopy (TDLS) technology is used for critical gas measurements, including oxygen and CO concentrations for combustion control; detecting ammonia and hydrochloric acid in exhaust gas; and monitoring ppm moisture levels in aggressive gas streams.

The ePurge X is a purge controller with fully automated purge and pressurization functions. Its digital mass flow sensor self-regulates purge duration. The purge pressure range is minimum 4 bar (60 psi) and maximum 8 bar (115 psi). The operating temperature range is -20 °C to 55 °C. ePurge X is certified in hazardous areas to NEC Class 1, Division 1, Groups C, D and IEC Zone 1, Group IIB.
