Does ABB have Rockwell in Its Sights?

According to a report on Forbes.com this morning, Swiss-based ABB is flush with cash and looking to buy up a competitor. The two names mentioned in the report are French company Legrand and Milwaukee-based Rockwell Automation. According to the news story, ABB has about $10 billion in its piggybank, and its board is considering a variety of options on where to spend it.
