ESE, Inc. Recognized as a Platinum Systems Integrator for ThinManager
ESE Inc.
08/30/2012
ESE, Inc. has been recognized as a Platinum Systems Integrator for ThinManager, a solution from Automation Control Products (ACP). ESE is now certified to install and support ThinManager, which reduces points of failure across the plant floor and dramatically improves efficiency when replacing or adding additional terminals to the plant floor.
According to John Tertin, Director of Manufacturing Information Systems, "ESE customers are now benefiting from maintenance-free hardware, server redundancy and failover, server load balancing, and enhanced security. This reduce maintenance, saves hardware expenses and minimizes hassle."
ESE can also minimize downtime for customers from within its own building. ThinManager enables ESE's Customer Care team to remotely access any of the terminals on the plant floor and shadow their systems to see real time plant data, help determine where problems may be occurring, and show an operator first-hand how to overcome the problem.
