The advanced differential pressure V-Cone Flow Meter by McCrometer has obtained GOST-R Certification and now meets Russian national technical standards.
GOST-R certification is a strict approval process to ensure the accuracy of reporting and metrology. This certification now guarantees McCrometer customers in the Russian market that the V-Cone will accurately and reliably report fluid flows.
The V-Cone Flow Meter is compact, has no-moving parts and its design simplifies installation. The design eliminates maintenance and recalibration, while offering a long life and low lifecycle costs.
The flowmeter is compatible with the demanding standards set by the oil/gas industry. It relies on an advanced differential pressure (DP) flow technology designed with built-in flow conditioning to achieve an accuracy of +0.5%, with a repeatability of +0.1%. It operates over a flow range of 10:1, and comes in line sizes from 0.5 to 120 inches.
The V-Cone Flow Meter compact design saves space and can be installed anywhere in a piping system. It can also be easily retrofit into an existing piping layout.
