Watlow, a designer and manufacturer of complete thermal systems with locations around the world, has moved its Mexican manufacturing operation in Queretaro to a larger facility, increasing the company's manufacturing capacity.
The new facility, which is five times larger than the old structure, is located near the Queretaro airport and the Pan-American Highway. The new building also offers amenities that allow the company to better serve its customers. The new building also offers an improved electrical and communications infrastructure, and it is more accessible to carriers for pickups and deliveries and has more parking. It also has a higher roof, enabling the company to manufacture large products that could not be done before.
Roberto Rodriguez, Watlow operations manager, said, "The new building is located in an industrial park and was built with customer service in mind. It has improved communications systems that allow our customers to reach us when they need us. It also has better electrical for our manufacturing equipment. Our customers can be assured that this move will help improve our processes and ultimately allow them to receive the products they need on time."
Watlow has operated a facility in Queretaro since 1994.
