FCI ST100 Series Delivers Gas Flow Measurement over FOUNDATION Fieldbus

FCI's new ST100 Series gas flow meters are the solution to deliver process gas flow measurement over FOUNDATION fieldbus for process control, plant productivity, leak detection, emissions monitoring and reporting, and more.

The ST100 Series thermal mass gas flow meters are rugged, high accuracy instruments that provide flow rate, totalized flow, temperature and, optionally, pressure measurement for any air/gas application, including pure gases, mixed composition gases, dry or moist gases. There are solutions for pipe sizes from 1 inch to 100 inches (25 mm to 2500 mm) and for media temperatures up to 850°F (454°C). Its all-welded, no-moving-parts flow element is available in 316L stainless steel or Hastelloy-C276, ensuring long service life with no routine maintenance requirement. The transmitter electronics can be integral with the flow element or remote-mounted up to 1000 feet (300m) and are housed in a plant rugged NEMA 4X/IP67-rated enclosure, in either aluminum or stainless steel.

The ST100 Series instruments carry global agency approvals for hazardous location installation, including FM, FMc, ATEX and IECEx.
