Spirax Sarco Steam Training CoursesSpirax Sarco released its 2013 schedule of training center courses covering all aspects of steam. The curriculum's objective is to provide organizations with new skills to reduce energy costs and improve the safety and efficiency of steam plant operations.

Each program is designed specifically for steam users involved in engineering, operation, and maintenance. Areas covered include energy management, HVAC, operations, piping and process design, project engineering, process engineering and maintenance. In addition to traditional applications, the courses cover technical developments. Practical demonstrations of capability of boilers, steam traps, condensate pumps, heat exchangers, valves, instrument and controls are performed in fully-equipped steam labs.

Classes in the 2013 schedule include Heat Transfer Fundamentals, Fundamentals of Steam Utilization, Steam Traps and Condensate Pumps, Pressure and Temperature Controls, Steam System Design, Metering and Industrial Fluids, Clean Steam Utilization, and Steam Utilization in the Hospital Industry.

Custom-design training classes for small and large groups are also available.
