Yokogawa names Shuji Mori North America CEO

The 30-year company veteran will be responsible for all day-to-day business operations.

[sidebar id =1]Yokogawa Corp. of America reported March 22 that Shuji Mori, a nearly 30-year company veteran, has been appointed CEO and will be responsible for all day-to-day business operations in North America. Mori started his career as an engineer, helping implement systems projects for Yokogawa customers worldwide. Over the years, he's held a variety of roles throughout the company, most notably in global, major account sales, and acquired extensive experience in the global industrial automation market.

“The North American market is changing rapidly, and Yokogawa Corp. of America has huge growth potential in this strategically important region,” says Takashi Nishijima, president and CEO of Yokogawa Electric Corp. “I'm confident Yokogawa Corp. of America will become stronger under his leadership, and continue to build a brighter future by creating value with our customers.”
