Kevlar-Protected Cabling
CAT5E cable and cordsets are Kevlar-reinforced, and flexible for easy routing. Double-shielded RJ45 plugs with gold-plated contacts prevent electromagnetic interference while providing electrical contact and corrosion resistance. The cabling has a low-smoke, halogen-free, flame-retardant (HFFR) polyurethane jacket material (UL94V-0) that provides personnel safety.
