Network Engineer Certification
The PTO (PROFIBUS and PROFINET, North America and the PIC (PROFI Interface Center) have announced the PROFItech Certification Training program for 2007. The objective of the course is to provide technical, plant-wide application training in the PROFIBUS and PROFINET fieldbus technologies. Certified Engineering training courses for either PROFIBUS or PROFINET will be held in most months throughout the year at the PIC in Johnson City, TN. Participants in the four-and-a-half day courses will receive hands-on training from qualified instructors. Participants will also have the opportunity to complete an exam to qualify for 24 PDH hours. In addition, graduates will receive an official PROFIBUS or PROFINET Certified Engineer Certificate and a certification listing on the PROFIBUS International web site.
