LOW-FLOW MONITORING

DMT series multi-variable flowmeter uses a pressure-based flow measurement and control technology to directly address low-flow (0-10 sccm to 0-50 LPM by field orifice pack exchange) monitoring and control requirements of process analytical and chemical process control applications. It simultaneously measures upstream and downstream pressure, fluid temperature and flow rate for liquids or gases. The flowmeter uses a non-clogging orifice-based flow restriction technology and integral pressure relief to protect the flow sensor in sudden or accidental overpressure situations. It is designed for low-power, fault-tolerant, intrinsic safety/non-incendive applications and provides full multi-variable measurement and closed-loop control in a Class 1, Div. 1 hazardous area, without requiring explosion-proof conduits and enclosures.
