HUMIDITY AND TEMPERATURE MEASUREMENT
HygroClip2 incorporates the AirChip 3000 that forms the core of the sensor. AirChip 3000 capabilities include the compensation of humidity and temperature at 30,000 reference points, the recording of 2000 data points and the calculation of dewpoint. The AirChip 3000 also includes self-diagnostics. If sensor accuracy declines, the AirChip 3000 recognizes the problem and issues an alarm. It also has an ASIC, a micro-controller and a non-volatile EEPROM.
