Ametek presenta un analizador láser de diodos sintonizables que mide directamente la concentración del vapor de agua en gas natural sin realmente entrar en contacto con el gas. El modelo 5100-NCM ayuda a los productores, operadores de oleoductos y compañías de servicio asegurar la integridad del oleoducto a largo plazo al monitorizar los niveles de humedad en la corriente de gas. La característica sin contacto maximiza la fiabilidad y durabilidad al impedir que los aditivos químicos ensucien el instrumento. Con componentes ópticos compactos, completamente encerrados, y acondicionamiento de la muestra, el analizador cuenta con la verificación incorporada de la humedad y un procesamiento de señales totalmente digital. Se incluye la conectividad analógica y digital Modbus y Ethernet. La robusta unidad compacta está disponible en una caja IP-65 y NEMA 4. El analizador tiene un límite de detección de 5 PPMV y un intervalo operativo de 5 a 2500 PPMV. Es preciso hasta menos del 2% de la lectura, o ±4 PPMV, lo que sea mayor.
