Version 2.3 of Status Vision Designer is compatible with OPC UA as a source of data into the Status Server. This connectivity allows industry to design desktop and Silverlight based visualization and wire it up to real time OPC UA data without the need for DCOM. Interoperability testing and compatibility was successfully conducted with OPC UA data servers developed by Canary Labs, Iconics, Inductive Automation, Kepware, Matrikon, MSIIndustrie, Software Toolbox and Takebishi. Additional classic OPC compatibility testing has been conducted with GE Intelligent Platforms, Siemens, Yokogawa and Emerson.
