The Apax-5000 PACs integrate control, information processing and networking in a single control system with dual-controller architecture—one for HMI/SCADA, recipe, database and communication and the other for SoftLogic I/O tasks. The I/O modules can be either local or remote and can be to be hot-swapped. Clamp-type terminal blocks provide high resistance to shock vibration.
