CC-Link IE Field Network Now With Integrated Safety Functionality
CC-Link IE Field Network with integrated safety meets international safety standards for SIL3 compliance of IEC61508:2010 for electrical, electronic, and programmable electronic safety-related systems and follows IEC61784-3:2010 for functional safety fieldbuses. The IE Field Network can deliver safety shutdown of processes in response to an emergency signal from light curtains, safety gates, E-stops and more. Network diagnostics are precise, identifying and isolating the detected faulty station. Line trouble and module errors can be identified from any location with access to the network.
