Project Management Institute. Much of the management in process industries is project management. The Project Management Institute is the world's leading source for project management information. Their certification programs are recognized globally.

American Society for Engineering Management, The Society is a professional organization dedicated to the science and art of engineering management. On its website are links to organization chapters, books, journals and other training materials.

IEEE Engineering Management Society. Although this organization focuses on management in the areas of electrical and electronic engineering, it also has relevant info for process engineering managers. The organization puts out a host of useful publications and also sponsors a number of conferences.
