The Find an Integrator feature is now available to visitors to our website, so you will want to make sure your profile is as complete as possible. When end-users are searching for an integrator, they'll be analyzing your company’s qualifications before they pick up the phone and call you. Be honest when indicating your capabilities. Overselling your company can be embarrassing and harmful.
Note that Certified and non-certified members are easily differentiated. This is all the more incentive for associate members to work toward CSIA certification. Even if you don't think it will serve a purpose in the marketplace, the process of preparing for certification will improve your company’s performance.
