Integrators Win Awards at CSIA Conference

Ed Diehl, Craig Eidson, Keith Harris and Software Toolbox received awards during CSIA's 2012 Executive Conference

The Control System Integrators Association (CSIA) announced winners of three awards during the association's 2012 Executive Conference in April in Scottsdale, Ariz.

Ed Diehl, co-chief executive officer and vice president of engineering and operations at Concept Systems Inc., Albany, Ore., won the Charlie Bergman Award. The award recognizes an individual member for outstanding service to the organization through leadership, education, mentoring and advancement of CSIA's goals.

Craig Eidson, general manager, Optimation Technology Inc., Denver, and Keith Harris,
operations manager, Lord & Co., Fort Mill, S.C., were named CSIA Rising Stars. Eidson has demonstrated success as a project manager, team leader and trainer, and opened a new branch office in Denver, where he is implementing CSIA's best practices in preparation for becoming CSIA-certified. Harris was the driving force behind Lord & Co. obtaining CSIA certification, encouraging employees to participate and experience firsthand what CSIA means to the company and the industry.

Software Toolbox, Matthews, N.C., received the Partner of the Year Award, recognizing a company that has contributed to the betterment of CSIA and its members, and that has promoted CSIA certification. John Weber and his team at Software Toolbox have donated their time and technical expertise to produce CSIA's monthly webinars since May 2011.
