ARC Advisory Group and Control magazine are conducting a survey of stakeholders and champions to develop a better understanding of how industrial organizations quantify the business value created with modern automation or IT deployment, and how companies justify automation and IT projects or migrations. We're particularly interested in learning whether reliability issues and maintenance costs alone are enough to justify new deployments, or if additional business justification is required.
