The Fieldbus Foundation has released the beta version its H1 Interoperability Test Kit (ITK) 6.1.1. This powerful tool tests the functionality of an H1 (31.25 kbit/s) fieldbus device and its conformity with the FOUNDATION function block and transducer block specifications.
H1 ITK 6.1.1 Beta includes minor enhancements to H1 ITK 6.1.0:
- 64-bit Microsoft Windows support
- Updated version of National Instruments Communication Manager (4.1.1)
- Updated test cases for the recently added AALM Function Block, CS Function Block, OS Function Block, Analog Positioner Transducer, and Discrete Positioner Transducer
H1 ITK 6.1.1 Beta is available for preliminary testing and review purposes to those who have an active maintenance agreement for their H1 ITK tool. The beta evaluation period with conclude October 11, 2013.
