MCAA Resurgent

I got to the MCAA breakfast a little late and found a record crowd. We ate while we listened to an impassioned plea by ISA president, Don Zee, for certification and training as the best way for both vendors and end-user companies to strengthen the market for process automation. I believe Don is right and if you are a vendor in process automation, I want you to look at what you are doing both internally and externally to improve the profession of process automation.
