The idea of this panel is to have an open and dynamic discussion where different points of view will be exposed. Morley thinks standards are an embargo on innovation, while PLCopen supports the standards and the community. Being IEC-61131 compliant doesnt bring anything to the table for the user. It is just another programming environment.
