ACS150 micro-drives from ABB have a wide power range of 0.37 to 4 kW at 0.5 to 5 hp, and are available with single- and three-phase supplies. Many functions are standard, such as PID control, a built-in brake chopper and EMC filter. An optional FlashDrop drive configuration tool makes configuring unpowered drives quick and easy. ACS150s also have an integrated user panel and potentiometer, and other features like macros. These are pre-defined I/O configurations, such as three-wire, PID-control and motor potentiometer, which allow more convenient configuration and save setup time.
