Metal, non-meal—All NEMA-rated
Hammond metal and non-metal enclosures, including disconnect, stainless, commercial, console and other enclosure styles, rated NEMA 1, 3, 3R, 3S, 4, 4X, 6, 6P, 12 or 13, are available in wall-mount, floor-mount and freestanding form factors. NEMA 1 enclosure units are an economical choice for basic protection. NEMA 12, NEMA 4/12, NEMA 4 and NEMA 4X enclosures are gasketed to add a significant amount of protection for indoor or outdoor use. Many door and window configurations and latch/lock options available.
Outdoor/indoor case system
To protect electronics from outdoor and extreme indoor environments, the two-piece, sealed environmental case system (ECS) creates IP66, IP67 and NEMA 6 ratings with a latch or screw-lock. ECS is also available with IP67-rated connections for solar, plastic circular, RJ45s, M12s or cable glands. A blank faceplate can be modified to accommodate any sealed connector that fits in the housing. Its polycarbonate (PC) construction withstands rapid temperature swings, UV exposure, and temperatures of -40 °C to 85°C.
Isolate line-side power for safety
Sequestr enclosures protect against arc flash by isolating line-side power from the main unit in an external, interlocked enclosure, which lets users do routine maintenance in the main enclosure without risking accidental line-side power contact. A padlocking handle restricts access to line-side power when disconnects or breakers are turned off. Sequestr is available in 10 mild-steel and stainless-steel models with variable-depth or cable-operated disconnect switches, and cover low-amp and high-amp disconnects.
NEMA 4X, transparent covers
Tempo series are convenient, cost-effective, UL-listed, NEMA 4X, IK 07 and IP 65 compliant, impact-resistant polycarbonate enclosures for controls and components. They're available in nine sizes ranging from 3.7 x 2.6 x 2.4 in. up to 13.4 x 11.4 x 4.6 in., with optional formed-in-place metric knock-outs and transparent covers. Tempo stays water tight and dust free with a formed-in-place PUR gasket. They're also UV resistant, have an economical soft strap cover hinge, and easy DIN-rail and back panel installation.

Automatic or manual purge, pressurize
Bebco EPS 7500 Series Ex pzc/Type Z compact purge and pressurization system is designed for Class I or II/Div. 2 and Zone 2/22 locations. It can run fully automatic or manual, and purges a common enclosure of hazardous gas or dust to maintain positive pressure. Bebco EPS 7500 effectively reduces the classification in a protected enclosure to a non-hazardous area. It carries ATEX and IECEx certifications, is UL listed, and operates in an extremely small footprint of only 5.8 x 3.8 x 1.9 in.
Compact to fit end-to-end system
AX and KX compact enclosures fit into end-to-end systems for easier installation and integration. AX is customizable and features flexibility, stability and reliability, while KX small enclosures are available in terminal box, e-box and bus enclosure models. AX and KX have modular designs, and cutouts and different sizes to better utilize interior space. Rails and integrated locators simplify interior installation. Installation is aided by panels that can be machined. AX and KX enclosures are also IP and UL rated.
Two adjustable work surfaces
Impulse dual sit/stand consoles have two independently adjustable work surfaces. These two desktops have a curved design to further ergonomic benefit by locating the maximum amount of workspace within reach. Work surfaces are finished in durable, high-pressure laminate and feature exclusive Safeguard Edge protective bumper. Impulse's electric-lift legs have a load capacity of 520 pounds to raise or lower the work surface height between 30 in. and 46 in., and offer three user-configurable presets.
Purge unit protects in class 1 areas
Model YZ102 Type Y or Z purge units protect electrical equipment in Class I hazardous areas. Type Y and Z pressurizations are enabled when the units are connected to a protective gas supply, and utilized in conjunction with a Model PV-2 spark-arresting purge vent. Model YZ102 includes 15 cubic feet maximum enclosure volume; universal, vertical and horizontal mounting options; -20 °F to 120 °F operating temperature range; air or inert gas protective gas supply; and 80-125 psi maximum unit supply pressure.

Wall-mount/desktop plastic series
1557 water-tight, polycarbonate enclosures are UL listed and provide protection up to NEMA 4/4X and 6/6P and IP68. Their initial eight models range from 80 x 80 x 45mm to 200 x 200 x 70mm. Rounded corners and top face give a modern, smooth style. They can be used as freestanding enclosures or wall-mounted. ABS versions are molded from general-purpose material with a UL94-HB flammability rating, polycarbonate versions are UV stabilized for outdoor use and carry a UL94-5VA flammability rating.

I/O buildings not needed
Glass-fiber reinforced polyester (GRP) field enclosures protect against dust and water, and provide compact, passive cooling, which eliminate the need for large, costly remote enclosures or buildings. GRP enclosures simplify rollout of distributed control architectures by allowing field control equipment to be assembled and sealed during construction. They can also be made with embedded insulation to avoid temperature extremes, and use passive cooling in box sizes down to about 40 liters in volume.

Stainless-steel in nine sizes
Klippon EBi stainless-steel, impact-resistant, industrial enclosures come in nine standard sizes with two standard depths from 300 x 200 x 150 mm to 800 x 600 x 220 mm, and have a dedicated internal mounting support bracket for fixing terminal rail or mounting plates with self-forming screws. The series meets DNB GL, cULus standards and is suitable for C1D2. Its standard product is the Klippon EBi Quarter-Lock (QL) has a hinged door and double-bit key lock. An optional door lid with fixed screws (FS) is also available.

Station in stainless-steel
Designed for washdown environments, NEMA 4X IceStation Titan (IS603027-4X) enclosure body is made of 14-gauge type, 304 stainless-steel, and has 12-gauge doors with a #3F vertical finish. This enclosure is 60-in. high x 28-in. wide x 27-in. deep, and has a sloped top for easier cleaning and water run-off. Titan's lower section has ample space for a computer, printer, UPS, power supply and other electronics. The rear door is 50.95-in. high to easily access the back of electronics inside of the enclosure.
