Tips for the Material Model: for the developemnt of steps 1, 2 and 3 take into account the documents developed in any ISO 9001 quality certification carried out in the company. The creation of "materials class" is optional. To conduct the Equipment Model, we: 1. Referenced the equipment hierarchic model previously developed in order to identify and organize the equipment needed to make flaovored milk 2. defined the equioment class and their properties, grouping them according to similar cases 3. define the quipment classes 4. organized the classes under the B2MML structure Tips for the equipment model: Even thought he standard does not specify the use of the equipment hierarchy model, it could be a good practice to use it. Not all of the properties of the equipment class apply to the equipment that makes it up.. For the development of the Process Segments model we, 1. Id entified the process segments 2. Identified the dependencies 3. established the routing 4. specified the material and equipment segents 5. Defined the process segments The same things were done to define the instance of the production schedule development and all the other models they used.
