Paulett Eberhart leaves Invensys

I began hearing rumors of a major change at Invensys this morning, so I went to the's the reply from Invensys Director of Communications, Tom Clary:

I can confirm for you that Paulett Eberhart, formerly President and CEO

of Invensys Process Systems, is no longer with Invensys. Ulf Henriksson,

CEO of Invensys plc, has taken on the role of Acting President and CEO

of IPS with immediate effect pending the appointment of a successor.

Here is a statement from Ulf:

I would like to thank Paulett for her efforts over the past two

years and wish her every success in the future. IPS is well placed to

deal with the current economic uncertainties and our strong financial

position allows us to continue to invest in the business to position

it as a leader in helping clients improve their efficiency. I look

forward to working with the IPS team to further improve our businesses

 •
Well, it will be interesting to see how Paulett deals with the mess she is being left by Roger H Ballou, the ex CEO of CDI Corporation. Will she address the years of misrepresentation, the dubious ethical standards that they were often found out for and fined and the blatent lies that Ballou is on-record telling CDI shareholders. Read the facts about these and other dubious actions by CDI Corporations at
