No matter how much money you're making or how good the benefits are, it doesn't matter a lot if you hate your job. That doesn't seem to be a problem with the majority of our respondents. Fully three-quarters of our respondents (76%) said they were happy in the automation profession, and another 22% said they were happy sometimes. Less than 2% said they were not happy. These numbers are virtually unchanged over the last three years.
