Beware of automated spam filtering services

This morning I discovered that our email domain, is being blocked by Barracuda as a source of spam. We've remedied the situation, but it could happen again, and without warning. This is not the first time that self-appointed spam police have blocked our email and other people's legitimate emails, because they felt, wrongly, that it was spam. So not only should network administrators reconsider blocking streaming video, as Jim Cahill from Emerson and I have been pointing out, they should also be looking at what their anti-spam providers are doing, and whether this blocks legitimate converse.
