Canary Historian is a NoSQL time series database used to seamlessly connect organizations from edge to cloud. The system works by collecting and storing data, applying context through calculations and events, and maximizing operations with dashboarding and visualization tools. A single server can scale to more than 2 million tags while maintaining read and write speeds of 2.5 and 1.5 million tags per second respectively, and the historian can be installed across a variety of flexible architectures.
