As you've probably noticed, the ControlGlobal site has been having issues. Here on the home front, we call them code salad. Click on the link to an article you want to read, and the first thing you see is line after line of impenetrable code that to the uninitiated makes absolutely no sense. It's really annoying. We know. We apologize.
It's not you. It's us--and our infrastructure. The provider promises the coders are "working on it." Meanwhile, here's a couple of things you should know that might help deal with the worst of it.
First of all, the story you want is still there. Just scroll down your screen. The code salad won't go away, but you can ignore it and read the story anyway.
Second, back out of the story and go back into it again. This often makes the salad disappear. Don't know why.
Third, apparently the whole issue is worse if you're using IE as your browser. (Don't blame Microsoft. They're not the provider of the software in this case). Try Firefox or Chrome. That won't solve the problem entirely, but it may help a lot.
Finally, please be patient. Our software folks and the vendor's people really are working on it. It will get better. Really.
