Thursday morning September 22, Bob Trainor from NTSB will give a briefing on the NTSB Final Report on the San Bruno natural gas pipeline rupture. The NTSB briefing will be the lead-in to the session on pipeline cyber security. The session will discuss the cyber similarities of the Bellingham, WA gasoline pipeline rupture, the San Bruno natural gas pipeline rupture, the recent Exxon-Mobil gasoline pipeline rupture with delayed pipeline isolation, and expected cyber issues raised by the NTSB Final Report on San Bruno.
