BrightTEK is a wireless, Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) platform that enables data transmission from Ametek’s transmitters, including Magnetrol, Orion Instruments, Drexelbrook, SWI and B/W Controls. Its two information uplink options are: ST95 battery-powered cellular that supports up to two 4-20mA inputs and provides power and monitoring to sensors in remote locations without needing wired connections, and ST90 rugged, AC-powered host that can aggregate communications via 900 Mhz radio with up to 32, 4–20mA sensors. Level measurements and other data are delivered to BrightTEK’s webserver, while the datacenters it works with are certified SOC 2 Type 2 and SOC 3 for tank monitoring.
