IntelliSense intelligence, embedded in a Sensor Interface Module (SIM) connected to sensors on cylinders, collects data on cylinder condition, cycle time, pressure (to 0.01 psi), and temperature (to 0.01 °F) to predict when a cylinder will fail. It also collects information on performance, for example, to alert if a cylinder that should be actuating in 1 second is taking 1.5 seconds. This is especially important in sequencing applications that depend on precise stroke rates.
