ISA  SP99 member and automation professional Loren Uden passed away on Saturday, August 23rd. He was 53. That's three years younger than I am.  I met Loren Uden for the first time just about two weeks ago, at the ACS Cyber Security Conference. He was quiet, but had some very sensible and pointed comments to make. Loren was active in his church, Our Savior Lutheran, of Shorewood IL, a member of his local school board, the local soccer program, the high school band boosters, and the Boy Scouts of...
ISA  SP99 member and automation professional Loren Uden passed away on Saturday, August 23rd. He was 53. That's three years younger than I am.  I met Loren Uden for the first time just about two weeks ago, at the ACS Cyber Security Conference. He was quiet, but had some very sensible and pointed comments to make. Loren was active in his church, Our Savior Lutheran, of Shorewood IL, a member of his local school board, the local soccer program, the high school band boosters, and the Boy Scouts of America. He found time to work on SP99, too. Loren worked for Lyondell Basell, where he will be sorely missed.
