Matt Arcy, of Chevron, the conference chair, acknowledged that Chevron can be a challenging company. He introduced the steering committee and explained that the User Group steering committee is the voice of the users and works to "beat that input into Yokogawa's heads."
Arcy discussed the technical forums and the special interest group breakouts.
"Talk to Yokogawa! Tell them what your pain points are, and what you want!"
