What is cool about user groups

He was impressed with what the other user had done with wireless in his plant. The first user retorted that he was just as jealous and impressed with the cybersecurity work the other user had done at his plant. None of this would have happened if they hadn't been at a user group meeting. This is why they are good. It is unfortunate that end users who don't use Foxboro weren't around to hear the exchange. That's what the ISA used to be good for. I complain because I have to go to a lot of user groups, but my job, really, is to cross-pollinate between user groups like ISA used to do. And in order to do that, I have to go to as many user groups as I can. And so it goes.
