Honeywell gets serious about the field

Honeywell Process Systems announced very early this morning that they have bought Enraf, a vendor of tank farm controls and high precision radar level products. This gives Honeywell a competitive group to Emerson's former SAAB unit. Is this a good thing? Yes, since Honeywell is very clear that their market is in the petrochem market-- but if they want to grow out of that business into other verticals, this acquisition won't help them do it....
