One of the most interesting discussions I've had today was with Roland Heersink, CEO of PAS. He handed me a prepublication copy of a new book, The Alarm Management Handbook by Bill Hollifield and the famous Eddie Habibi, the founder of PAS. With a foreword by Ian Nimmo, this looks to be an extremely useful book. Bedtime reading for the next few days.
