Rose Corrosion and Techtools Settle Out of Court

In an out-of-court settlement with Rohrback Cosasco Systems (Cosasco), Santa Fe Springs, Calif., Rose Corrosion Services Ltd., Newbury, Berkshire, U.K., and Techtools (Morden) Ltd., Sutton, Surrey, U.K., have admitted misrepresenting to oil and gas customers that equipment they supplied was manufactured by Cosasco. Under the terms of the settlement, Rose and Techtools have paid Cosasco an unspecified sum of money as monetary compensation, and will in future desist from passing off their products as original Cosasco products.
