Endress+Hauser allies with trio to aid digital oilfield

Endress+Hauser reported Jan. 5 that it's partnering with Angus Measurement Services, TechnipFMC and its sales and service representative, Vector Controls, to collaborate on helping oil and gas clients transition to the "digital oilfield" and Industry 4.0.

“Endress+Hauser is excited to work alongside Angus Measurement, TechnipFMC and Vector Controls,” says Brian Hoover, business development manager, Endress+Hauser. “Together, we deliver real-time information on product quality, quantity and value for our customers in the oil and gas industry.”

The partnership will give oil and gas customers measurement certainty, better operational performance, and improved operations safety, regulatory compliance and predictive maintenance, which will reduce cost of operations and optimize measurement and management of gas, oil and water resources. Brought to the field by a dedicated team of oil and gas experts, each partner will contribute focused areas of expertise. These will include:

• Endress+Hauser’s intelligent field instruments and digital communication expertise captures and transmits product quality, quantity and value;

• Angus’ systems fabrication and technology consultants helps customers optimize the performance of gas, oil and water assets;

• TechnipFMC’s oil and gas measurement technology and design capabilities to deploy best-in-class technology and develop modularized systems; and

• Vector’s expertise in gas analytics, measurement and control provides the opportunity to deploy best-in-class solutions.
