Interview with Transpara Inc.'s Michael Saucier

MICHAEL Saucier left OSIsoft to form a new company, Transpara Inc. He showed off his first new product, Visual KPI, at the OSIsoft User Group in May. Visual KPI allows anyone with the proper permissions, bidirectional access to the data on a PI server from any Internet enabled mobile device. This includes cell phones, PDAs, smartphones, Blackberry devices...as long as you can reach the Internet you can use Visual KPI.

Visual KPI has the potential to revolutionize the way we control plants, and even the way Wall Street analysts see enterprises. Walt Boyes, editor in chief of Control magazine, reports for the Process Automation Radio Network.
