New Wireless Guided Wave Radar Level Transmitter from Emerson

ARC Advisory Group's Tim Shea reports that Emerson Process Management has released the world's first true wireless guided wave radar level transmitter.According to his report, "The Rosemount 3308 wireless GWR transmitter has been introduced to meet the need for accurate level monitoring in remote or difficult-to-reach locations where installing new cabling would be costly or impractical."  Shea goes on to say that installation costs can be reduced by as much a 30% compared to a wired solution.
