Metso's updated Neles ND9000 Valve Controller incorporates a range of improvements that enhance its market-leading diagnostics and control performance, robustness and the ease and efficiency of commissioning. Unlike previous models, the Calibration time of the new ND9000 has been reduced by 30 - 75%, depending on the actuator volume. It also has improved usability with instant reaction to buttons, and a running index showing the progress of the calibration run. When assembled on linear valves, linearization can be effectively carried out using an easy, guided process.
