Solenoids for harsh, corrosives
Asco 381 high-flow, solenoid valves are designed to withstand harsh and corrosive environments. Their highly engineered design operates from -60 to 80 °C for media and ambient temperatures, which makes Asco 381 suitable for use in extreme conditions. They're also capable of passing CSA (No. 139) endurance test to 100,000 cycles, including 10,000 cycles at -60 °C and 90,000 cycles at 80 °C.
Miniature solenoids and manifolds
Nitra GVP pneumatic, miniature, two- and three-port solenoid valves are used in low-flow applications. These 12- or 24-VDC valves come in 10- and 15-mm widths and two- or three-way normally closed configurations. Nitra GM-3 compact manifolds are used with GVP, and are available in single to six stations for 10-mm manifolds and in single to four stations for 15-mm manifolds. Compact manual air valves, shuttle and bleed valve fittings, brass air jet nozzle kits and non-metallic pneumatic manifolds are available.
Proportional module, many configurations
750-632 proportional valve module can be used with multiple valve and coil configurations, considerably simplifying the connection of hydraulic or pneumatic valves to the Wago-I/O-System 750. The module features two current-controlled PWM outputs with an adjustable dither. Both unipolar and bipolar valve control are possible. Scaling and configurable up/down ramps permit setpoint adjustment to the application. Startup and valve parameters adjustment are performed via Wago-I/O-Check software or the controller.
Compact, modulating electric actuators
CMA compact modulating electric actuators have new models that provide a maximum 4.5 in. stroke, modulating thrust to 3,000 lbf, and seating thrust to 4,500 lbf. They maintain CMA features including continuous modulation with 0.1% accuracy. Their enclosure is watertight to IP68 and available for explosion-proof areas. CMA has low power consumption of less than 1 Watt at standby, and is suitable for single-phase or DC power. They allow solar-powered and battery backups or optional Reserve Power Pack with supercapacitors.

Simple and all-around positioners
Sipart valve positioners have added the simple, efficient PS100 electropneumatic controller for standard applications. It features quick startup with pushbutton intialization, robust design and easy operation. It joins the P32 positioner for linear and partial-turn applications, which features diagnostics, and has added optional pressure sensors, regular partial stroke tests, fail in place and fail safe functions, and valve performance tests (VPT) for immediate, on-site assessment of valve maintenance requirements.
Modulating, globe style
GVI actuated globe valves perform two-way flow control, three-way mixing and three-way diverting. Equal-percentage and linear plugs in the two-way valves and linear plugs in the three-way valves provide modulating fluid control from -20 to 800 °F. They're available with electric or pneumatic actuator packages in ½- to 8-in. line sizes. GVI control valves feature bolted bonnets and cage-retained seats; GVI precision valves have bronze or stainless-steel bodies; and GVI high-capacity have cast iron bodies.
Positioner with easy HMI, intelligence
EDP300 digital valve positioner is suitable for single- or double-acting actuators with linear or rotary motion. Its user-friendly, text-based HMI provides full function description with only four buttons, while its built-in intelligence lets it adapt to any control valve at the push of a button. EDP300's other functions include pressure sensor-based diagnostics, valve static and dynamic friction detection, and partial stroke testing. Its high air-output capability lets users employ one positioner type on all control valve brands and sizes.
Overpressure regulation of gases and fluids
Model BR back pressure regulator can manage upstream overpressure regulation of cryogenic liquids, sour gas, gases and chemicals, and fluids such as water, oil, steam and compressed air. Available in globe or angular porting configuration, it controls inlet pressures up to 200 psig (13.8 Barg) in multiple spring ranges. It's available in five sizes from 3/8 in. to 2 in., and can handle 20 to 400 °F materials with body/spring chamber and trim material combinations. Trim designs include metal-seated or composition-seated with a metal or composition diaphragm.
Smart, electric actuator
Smart Electric Valve Actuator (SEVA) has military-grade components, while providing accuracy and repeatability. SEVA features diagnostics including position and event history, cycle count, alarms and precision adjustment, identification and communication of process improvements; SoloCue software that combines rich user interface and intelligence at no added cost; acceptance of input signals from EtherNet/IP, Modbus RTU, Modbus TCP/IP and HART; selectable voltage of AC, DC or both at the same time; and FM, CSA, ATEX and CE certifications.
