Would ISA 100.11 devices also have to speak HART IP?

[Re: Without Wires, June '15

I don't grasp how I don't need a gateway. My WiHART devices are not IP-addressable so far as I've seen. And what entity does all the path/route optimizing and management of the device network? Would ISA 100.11 devices also have to speak HART IP? Does this mean HART IP supports function blocks?
