The Work on the industrial wireless standards for process automation is being carried on by the HART Communication Foundation and ISA's SP100 committee. There are two basic consortia who have each coalesced around technology proposals by Emerson and Honeywell. We are pleased to bring together the leaders of the two technology initiatives to discuss the state of wireless in the process plant for the very first time.
