The Foxboro PH10 smart pH sensor and transmitter combines an “industry-first” rugged polyvinylidene difluoride (PVDF) body with enhanced smart capabilities. Smart Sensor technology allows calibration at any time against a standard or reference transmitter with a laptop PC, in the instrument shop. Parameters are stored in an on-board memory chip so operators simply take the pre-calibrated sensor to the field, connect it, and allow the transmitter to upload the calibration parameters.
